Occurrence of grass burns to bare skin is almost non existent. The goal keepers who often fall in and around the goal posts area also benefit by the new generation of synthetic grass.

The FT40/50/60 slide ranges are used on soccer pitches. The grass blades are tufted with 100% polyethylene monofilament U. V.-resistant yarns.

 

The sliding factor contribute to the reduction of the grass blades i.e. less dense stitching. The pile height of the yarn varies from 40mm - 50mm - 60mm and the infill depth accordingly from 20-30-40 mm.

The first 10mm layer is in filled with silica sand and the remaining depth with SBR rubber granules. The grass has got an 8 year warranty and can last for 10 -15 years.
